Do you mean foreigners living in Finland or what? Of course there are many nice and international forums in the web but those people are usually living in other countries.

Also you can seek mental health services from your local 'terveyskeskus' even if you're a foreigner. Could there be a forum on FB?

Here is no limitation for who can write here? Aren't there. This is open site to anybody to write. Even if you live in Madagascar 😉
